The Programme
Welcome & Panel: Quo vadis Quote?

01:30 pm – 02:20 pm:
Do we need a defined percentage of female artists at festivals, in labels and the like? And if so, how? In this panel Christian Berg (Managing Director Allbright Foundation), Karin Heisecke (Head Of MaLisa Foundation), Antje Schomaker (Singersongwriter), and Alexander Schulz (Director Reeperbahn Festival, Initiator Keychange Pledge) discuss the topic.

Keynote-Interview With Alin Coen: Culture As A Driving Force For Political Change

02:20 pm – 03:00 pm:
When you ask Alin Coen (Musician) about culture as a driving force for political change, you are talking to a pop artist as well as to a politically committed woman. In this Keynote she goes into a conversation with Hadnet Tesfai (Journalist).

Workshop With Sarah Dessai:
Calm In The Storm – The Power Of Meditation

03:00 pm - 04:00 pm
Sarah Dessai and her listeners enter a state she calls "calm in the storm". The process facilitator knows the storm in the music industry well: She was label manager for Jive Germany, worked at Universal Music Austria and founded her own agency "The Heart Art". She understands the complex structures of the industry and how to handle them.

Female Leadership

04:00 pm – 05:00 pm
This panel consists of four inspiring women who have one thing in common: Christin Siegmund (CEO Footlab Hamburg), Manuela Sayin (Co-founder, Kristina Lunz (Founder Centre for Feminist Foreign Policy), and Nadin Lefkeli (Managing Director White Horse Music) all work in a leadership position. Host Hadnet Tesfai leads through the dialogue with her broad social interest.
