Today we present to you the completed program for the Focus Session “Music & Gaming - New Markets, New Dimensions“ taking place next Tuesday, 16 March from 7 to 10 pm on our digital conference platform in cooperation with our media partners Musikwoche and GamesMarkt.

Our hosts Annette Gentz and Kristina Müller will speak to two-time Grammy winning composer Christopher Tin, Gustav Käll (Entrepreneur, Investor & Advisor in Digital Culture), Ben Sumner (Multiple award-winning music supervisor for games), Stéphane Herve (Composer, producer, and arranger for Nintendo), and Xavier Norindr (Executive Music Producer for Nintendo). On Tuesday, 16 March from 7-10 pm, speakers such as Grammy Award winner Christopher Tin, award-winning music supervisor Ben Sumner, Gustav Käll (Entrepreneur, Investor & Advisor in Digital Culture), and many more will take a deep look into the existing relationships between games and music to explore new ways and ideas for the creative industries.

With millions of people streaming daily, Twitch enables creators to display their talent, and connect with fans. But what value does Twitch unlock, who’s using it, and why? Gustav Käll shares his view with hosts Annette Gentz, and Kristina Müller.

 MU21K – The Music management class for under 21-year-olds

Reeperbahn Festival and TONALi are happy to launch music management classes for music enthusiasts under 21 years. The kick-off starts with three workshops in Hamburg and Filderstadt. The program consists of 7 modules, and is aimed at young people (16-20 years old) who want to get involved in society with their own cultural projects and gain insights into the processes and work areas of culture and music management.

Starting next fall, the program will be expanded to many more music schools throughout Germany.
